Compared with traditional powdered MMBI,
Actmix® MMBI-70GE F200 has the following advantages:
The raw material MMBI has been fully screened through 100µm, and after being processed into masterbatch pellets, there is no dust flying, which avoids the bitter taste caused by inhaling MMBI and protects the health of operators;
The masterbatch pellets MMBI-80 are pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of MMBI;
The masterbatch pellets do not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has a relatively low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of MMBI in the compound;
The masterbatch pellets are filtered during granulation, free of impurities, will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reduce the reject rate and improve production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.

E stands for using EPDM as the carrier, N stands for using NBR as the carrier,
